have an established office, and staff to attend
incoming calls with equipments to
be able to conduct business
electronically
2. Real-estate
brokers must have direct contact with the
property owner. Third party dealings will
not be entertained.
3. Owner’s
requested price must be declared.
4. The buyer
must be disclosed after the deal is finalised,
and the whole deal should be transparent.
5. Krokis must
be clear and readable. Original krokis are
preferred for scanning.
6. Real-estate
brokers /customers must update their listed
property on regular basis.
7. Fees and
charges to be settled after each closing deal.
8. Membership
information must be kept up to date.
